and what makes them genres
and subgenres and how movies we like fit within those
What they do well and where they fail
Or about the merits of cinema as an art form
"I don't really have one," you reply
Upon reflection, you don't have a favorite
anything, anymore, anyways
Specificity has lost its luster
And you must find a career — but in what?
And you want to get back to drawing — but what?
And you want to write — but about what?
Everything it appears is a fractal
Reflecting more than something more while being less than something less
In some non-integral dimension.
You wonder to yourself,
Will it take another five to seven years
to undo the damage?
